Even with all these mods, you will still see high runes rarely, and the elite-superior uniques rarely. If you stack MF like 400+ then with this mod you will literally see no return as things drop just as often on 0 mf. I've farmed player 1/8 on maps/bosses/even ubers and nothing effects the ratio of superior gear dropping. It can be overwhelming at first, but 50 hours in of farming hell and your stash is full of well.junk. Although it certainly helps speed up a lot of the drops in the game, the efficiency of greens/low level uniques is not properly calculated.
